GREEN TEAM VISION

A quick glance into our open kitchen and you’ll see tattoo sleeves, dreads, a handful of personality, and about every nationality you can think of. What binds them together? The green team vision: a common goal to give you a taste of the neighborhood. Together they source impeccable local ingredients, apply old-school techniques, and finish off with some spice from the garden. Working towards the path to the future and some undoubtedly creative dishes.

MEET THE CHEF – ROELAND

“I am inspired by people. I’ll hear stories of the Hagenezen, get to know the locals, and take a step back to see what exactly this beautiful city has to offer. With that I am a storyteller and in Botanica what you see is what you get. You’ll see the vibrant city of The Hague on a plate.

Behind the scenes, you’ll see my crew. Some will smile, some are eager to learn, and some may have an off day. The point is to show up and get the job done together.”
